QUALIFICATIONS FOR PLUMBER:
-Valid Driver's License, good driving history, and transportation to workshop
-Highschool diploma or higher
-Knowledge of reading schematics/plans (or willingness to learn)
-Knowledge of health & safety
-Experience and knowledge using hand and power tools
-Tolerates getting dirty, small/tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects
-Ability to work 40hrs/week with occasional need for overtime
-Maintain plumbing license (or obtain apprentice license within 2 months of hire)
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES FOR PLUMBER:
-Assess the state of a client's plumbing system and make determinations
-Use specialized knowledge and training to repair and maintain plumbing systems
-Answer any questions that a client may have about their systems
-Install new plumbing systems, adapt to old systems
-Use provided CRM software to
-Complete work slips to 100% on the day the job was performed
-Ensure plumbing is completed according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable codes while maintaining high quality standards
-Communicate with office about scheduling issues, materials that need to be ordered, more work to do, etc.
-Provide clear direction to crew members and ask clear questions: work as a team
-Ensure a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites & vehicles
-Maintain positive relationship with teammates and clients
-Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and culture
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OFFICE:
-Highschool diploma or higher
-Valid Driver's License and transportation to work
-Knowledge in bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, CRM software, social media (or willing to learn)
-Quick learner, follows direction but also self-motivated
-Ability to work 20-30 hrs/week with option to become full time
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES FOR OFFICE:
-Provide exceptional experience to all clients, exceeding their expectations
-Prepare detailed financial reports on cashflow, reconcile in QBO
-Maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects
-Answer phone calls and schedule work accordingly
-Use CRM for adding new clients, scheduling work, invoicing, and follow up for feedback/reviews
-Contact (by phone, email, etc) past due accounts for payment
-Update social media for marketing
-Pay business bills on time
-Bank deposits
-Order materials and regularly update material costs in QBO
-Invoice completed work in a timely manner while checking for accuracy
-Collaborate with teammates to answer questions and improve productivity & efficiency
-Facilitate Team Huddles
-Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and culture
